Both your stress level and your headache should be greatly reduced as your body is nourished by the water. Make sure you give yourself some quiet time. Stress and tension are caused by many things, but most of them involve other people. Time spend alone can help you de-stress and may help you get rid of tension headaches that were caused or aggravated by other people.
